Meicheng Digital Video Processor (CMX-07) is a video mixer / editor. It allows you to create de-blue background effect with chromakey and 96 special digital effects, such as fade in / fade out, picture in picture, video and audio mixing, Still, Strobe, Mosaic, Paint, and Negative.

You can do the de-blue background effect (chromakey) via CMX-07 if you have "Blue Cinema Screen". This is like one forecaster stand before the blue screen in the studio then you use CMX-07 to de-blue background and add the weather pictures or video.
