over the whole surface (protects consequently the stainless-steel case), extremelystable cast,

The slit burner and the iron grill can be removed very quick (guarantees an optimal cleaning),
Thermoelectric sensor, Gas tap from full, to low flame, infinitely adjustable,
The factory setting is LPG-Propan 50 mbar (Earth gas nozzle with 20 mbar are given with the unit),
Gas connection pipe ½".NGTL 6-65SO. Constructed in chromium-nickel-steel.
Cover Plate 5 mm thickness (2 mm chromium-nickel-steel + 3 mm galvanized steel in sandwich construction).
Extreme solid cast ironWok Ring, interior Ø 280 mm.
The Wok flame consists of 3 specially fixed slit-burners with detachable chromium-nickel-steel burner-heads.
